以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻党的二十大精神，全面贯彻新发展理念，优化“三园区一中心”的战略定位，将物流园区的发展建设与产业结构战略性调整、城市空间结构战略性调整和培育特色竞争优势深度融合，强化侯马市作为三角区内中心点的物流优势。以推动高质量发展为主题，构建小三角地区循环、黄河金三角示范区循环、大三角地区循环方案，实现市内市外双循环、国内国际双循环，大力发展供应链金融业务，提升物流服务质量和效率，构建优质高效的物流服务新体系。加快发展数字经济，建立“大平台+小平台”数字化网络，以数字化驱动物流业质效提升，促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合，将侯马市打造成International, digital, low-carbon national logistics hub。

2. Development goals
